Welcome to our establishment! Allow us to present our internal regulations to you, for your own convenience, so that we can serve you in the best way possible.
1. Check-in
– Check-in from 3:00 PM;
– We do not provide a 24-hour reception service;

– The client will provide a security deposit of €50.00 associated with the reservation as a guarantee against any potential damages. Up to 24 hours before arrival, we will send a link to enter your credit card details. The amount will not be debited, only temporarily blocked.
2. Check-out
– Check-out until 11:30 AM;
– All rooms will be inspected to ensure everything is in proper condition;
– Refund of the €50.00 security deposit to guests: the amount will be automatically released up to 5 days after check-out, provided that the accommodation complies with the accommodation rules;
– Please inform the accommodation of your departure if you do not meet any staff member, by calling +351 936 440 078;
– We do not store guests’ luggage and are not responsible for any potential damage.
3. Hygiene and Cleaning
– Guests staying multiple nights:
- Linen and towels are changed every 3 nights;
- Daily room cleaning is carried out until 1:00 PM. If you wish to have this service, please place the door sign with the blue side facing out;
- If you do not wish to be disturbed, please turn the door sign to the white side;
– We kindly ask all guests to separate waste and dispose of it in the marked containers on floor 0, near the elevator – let’s make our small contribution to a better planet;
– Whenever you leave the room, please turn off the air conditioning.
4. Mini Bar
– If you consume any items from the minibar, you must make the payment using one of the following methods:
- Cash, you may leave the money in the room;
- MB Way, via +351 936 440 078;
– In the absence of payment, the amount will be charged to the credit card used for the reservation.
- Please check the price list available in the room;
- Tea is complimentary – enjoy the moment.
5. Prohibitions
– Entry of people who are not registered guests (e.g. family members or friends) is not allowed;
– Smoking inside the rooms is strictly prohibited – smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas.
Failure to comply with this rule will result in:
Immediate eviction from the premises, without exception;
Total loss of the security deposit, with no right to a refund.
– It is not allowed to place inside the room any type of transport, such as bicycles, scooters, skateboards, etc. – only allowed on floor 0;
– Avoid using the elevator, except for transporting luggage and for guests with reduced mobility;
– It is not allowed to take towels or any other linen belonging to the guesthouse outside the accommodation (e.g. beach or gym towels);
– Do not change the arrangement of the room furniture;
– Do not remove bed linen and/or bath towels from the rooms;
– Avoid placing luggage on top of sofas or chairs in the room;
– Kitchen: use allowed until 10:00 PM;
– Pets are not allowed.
6. Safety
– Valuables service – under Decree-Law no. 34/97 of September 17 – this establishment is not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables that are not deposited through the valuables storage service;
– Please ensure that the main entrance door is always closed;
– During your stay, whenever you leave the accommodation, please make sure the air conditioning is turned off;
– If it is necessary for a staff member to come to the guesthouse outside working hours (from 9:00 PM onwards) to resolve a situation caused by the guest, the security deposit will not be refunded.
7. Noise
– Out of respect and consideration for all guests, we kindly ask for special attention to:
– Maintaining silence in common areas and corridors, bearing in mind that most guests are here to rest;
– From 10:00 PM onwards, activities that generate noise likely to disturb other guests are not permitted (Decree-Law no. 292/2000 of November 14);
– KITCHEN: use allowed until 10:00 PM.
8. Damages
– In the event of damage to the property, the company will take the legal measures deemed necessary according to the severity of the damage;
– If the guest does not leave the room in acceptable condition – total loss of the security deposit, with no right to a refund.
